DeCurret Holdings, Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Yoshio Hirako; hereinafter "the Company") hereby announces that, following resolutions passed at its 5th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and the Board of Directors meeting held on June 22, the Company will officially change its corporate name to "DCP Co., Ltd.", effective July 1, 2026.

The Company's wholly owned subsidiary, DeCurret DCP Inc. (hereinafter "DeCurret DCP"), has been engaged in developing the platform for tokenized deposits ("DCJPY") and providing related services. Amid growing global attention on digital money, including stablecoins, our business is now transitioning to the next stage. We aim to elevate the technology and unique potential built by DeCurret DCP into the industry standard. Looking ahead to further growth, we are strongly driving phased business updates to solidify our position as a neutral "infrastructure" where numerous domestic and international partner companies can participate with confidence.
To clearly signify this transformation, we have decided to change our corporate name to "DCP Co., Ltd." . As a foundation for future growth, we will continue to contribute to the advancement of the digital economy.
The new company name, "DCP," is derived from the initials of Digital × Deal (valuable transactions), Current (present trends/circulation) ×Currency (money circulating through society), and Platform (infrastructure supporting everyone). This reflects our determination to become a robust platform that delivers immediate prosperity to society using cutting-edge technology.
In conjunction with this corporate name change and rebranding, we will also refresh our brand logo. The "X" motif adopted in the new logo features three lines representing the distinct visions of three entities: our company, financial institutions, and business operators. The symbolic "X" shape represents the platform where these visions intersect (cross).
